1. Returns Policy
At YouStove, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return eligible products under the conditions below.
Return Window
- Products may be returned within 25 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unlit, and in its original condition.
Important Condition – Used Products
- Once the machine has been used or lit, it cannot be returned.
- Any product showing signs of use, ignition, fuel loading, ash, soot, heat exposure, or installation will be considered used and non-returnable.
This policy is in place due to safety, hygiene, and operational considerations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The heater or stove has been used, ignited, or operated
- The product has been installed or partially installed
- The product shows signs of wear, damage, or modification
- The return request is made after 25 days from delivery
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact YouStove within 25 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging
Return shipping and handling costs (if any) will be communicated during the return approval process.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds may be reduced if the product is returned incomplete or not in its original condition.
- Any applicable non-collection or logistics fees may be deducted from the refund.
5. Warranty Policy
All YouStove products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- External or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or negligence
- Damage caused by accidents, impact, or exposure to the elements
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
6. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact YouStove with proof of purchase
- Provide photos or videos showing the issue
- Our team will assess the claim and advise on repair, replacement, or next steps
YouStove reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Following installation and usage instructions
- Using approved fuel types (e.g. wood pellets where applicable)
- Maintaining the product as recommended
Failure to do so may void the warranty.
