1. Shipping Coverage
YouStove offers free shipping on all orders within Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Free Shipping Policy
All YouStove products are delivered free of charge to the address provided at checkout.
There are no hidden delivery costs or shipping fees applied to successfully completed and collected orders.
4. Failed Delivery & Non-Collection Fee
If an order is dispatched and:
- The customer is unavailable to receive the order, or
- The delivery is refused without valid reason, or
- The order is not collected after delivery attempts
A non-collection fee of 500 EGP will be charged.
This fee covers part of the logistics, handling, and return costs incurred by YouStove.
Important Notes:
- The 500 EGP fee applies per order.
- The fee may be deducted from any refund due, or invoiced separately where applicable.
- Re-delivery may require payment of the non-collection fee in advance.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete delivery information
- Being available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window
- Responding promptly to delivery coordination attempts
Failure to do so may result in the non-collection fee being applied.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before dispatch will not incur any shipping or non-collection fees.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will be treated as a failed delivery and may be subject to the 500 EGP non-collection fee.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
